Do I need to own a location to get started?
No. You can either propose a location you have access to (like a school, condo, or office) or refer one with potential. We’ll assess its suitability together.
What’s included in the setup fee?
The $1,000 setup fee covers delivery and installation of the machine, system setup and calibration, menu onboarding, licensing, insurance, and user testing.
What does the monthly operational fee cover?
It includes food replenishment, 24/7 machine monitoring, customer support, pest control, hygiene maintenance, menu updates, and marketing initiatives.
Is the franchise deposit refundable?
Yes, the deposit is refundable under our franchise terms and conditions.
Do I need to cook or hire anyone?
Not at all. InstaChef is a fully managed solution — no staff, no kitchen setup, no daily ops needed
Are there any hidden fees or recurring franchise fees?
No hidden charges. We do not charge any recurring franchise fee — just the transparent setup and monthly operational cost.
How do I make money?
You earn a share of the sales from your machine. The better the location and foot traffic, the higher the potential return.
